Dr. Susanna Röblitz

The interest of Susanna Röblitz' research is in modelling, analysis and simulation of high dimensional dynamical systems arising in different areas of life sciences, for example:

  • Conformation Dynamics (meshfree methods, sampling techniques for an efficient computation of the stationary density, analysis of metastable, nearly reversible Markov chains with transition states, spectral clustering)
  • Mathematical Systems Biology (modelling of metabolic and regulatory networks, parameter identification)
  • Molecular Quantum Dynamics (particle methods, solution of high dimensional integrals by Monte Carlo quadrature).
